How has the recession affected your business?

Like most businesses, we were slow from last fall through spring, but have picked up since summer and are optimistic about the future.

How do you handle changes?

We start with a detailed estimate covering everything we can think of. However, when selections are made after the contract is signed, the client changes their mind, or unforeseen problems arise, the new scope of work is described in a written change order, signed by the client before the extra work is done.
